SALES MANAGER - Required Education / Experience / Occupational Qualifications:

  • Degree, Bachelors
  • 10 years minimum Sales experience
  • 5 years minimum Management/Leadership experience preferred
  • Proven experience in managing a commissioned sales environment.
  • Excellent communication, listening skills and action plan follow through

Aqua Blue Pools, a custom concrete pool contractor for over 32 years, is actively searching for a motivated individual to join our team as a Sales Manager. Nationally recognized, an industry leader, customer-service driven, team collaborators, and fast-growing are all that describe Aqua Blue Pools. Who we are, is a collection of motivated, like-minded people all experiencing the next level together. We have two locations, our corporate office is in Hollywood, SC which covers the Charleston, SC metropolitan area. Our Bluffton location covers Beaufort, SC, the Hilton Head Island area and Savannah, GA metropolitan area.

Prior industry experience is ideal but not required. Sales Management experience for high-end product sales within the Home Improvement Industry is a plus. We will provide you with the appropriate training. This is a unique opportunity for the right individual. This person will have a solid history of impactful decision-making and offers a results-oriented approach to selling, leading, managing, and directing others. We expect our Sales Manager to lead by example and set the bar for excellence. You must be comfortable with technology, the use of reports, and using a PC or IPAD.



Job Responsibilities Include:

  • Oversee the sales teams in both of our locations - Hollywood, SC and Bluffton, SC metro areas.
  • Hold the Sales Team accountable for timely deliverables
  • Observe the sales team and give concise feedback for continuous improvement
  • Report on the team and individual performance
  • Perform continuous training sessions with the sales team
  • Create, establish, and measure individual sales goals
  • Conduct weekly sales meetings
  • Recruit, train, and motivate the sales team
  • Establish sales quotas and goals for the sales team
  • Analyze sales KPIs to identify areas of improvement
  • Track results and trends regularly for business forecasting
  • Develop and execute innovative sales strategies
  • Mentorship and collaboration with supportive departments of Marketing and Construction
  • Travel between Hollywood and Bluffton locations
  • Product / Materials research
